The UCS-150 C module is the worldwide first envelope counter conveyor system which counts envelopes inside cartons or any transport boxes with high edges. It is not necessary to load the envelopes manually onto a special holder device for counting purposes prior to put them into the final transport box thus significant time and costs can be saved in your production processes. The UCS-150 device is a rugged industrial counter which ensures a precise and reliable performance during a 24 hour operation per day. The operation of the UCS-150 is very simple and convenient and provides a wide application range with regard to envelope sizes is possible. The system allows the handling of various box sizes and is therefore basically not limited to box / container dimensions. The UCS-150 C can be integrated into any transport/conveyor systems and counting applications range from envelopes to CD/DVD in envelopes, Packagings etc. Option: The count results can be transferred via Ethernet or WLAN to any data base and/or a data communication with your quality control or stock management system can be installed by MICTOM.
