Thermal and dye-sub printable UV gloss varnish

MICTOM Applied Engineering Ltd. offers an interesting alternative for lamination processes of plastic or paper cards which require a subsequent personalisation of cards after the printing. The MT-THVA02-X varnish protects the printed image and provides a high gloss surface. Personalisation by thermal transfer printing or dye sublimation printing is possible in excellent quality. Due to this, high costs for lamination processes can be avoided and the manufacturing costs of cards can be reduced significantly. Our special thermal printable varnish can be used on Offset printing machines, Flexo Printing machines and Screen Printing machines. Variation of viscosity can be realized by MICTOM.
